Project Inspiration
DIDA Home is an award-winning interior design firm based in Miami, Florida. They have a reputation for providing comprehensive services in planning, design, and construction for both residential and commercial projects.
Their most recent endeavor was to redefine elegance in a residential project by moving away from traditional rigid architecture. By integrating curved furniture they infuse the dining areas with fluidity and dynamism. An understated color palette, punctuated by strategic accents, further enhanced the sophistication of the design. High-quality materials were carefully selected to add texture and depth, elevating the modern style and aesthetic of the entire home.
A highlight of this project is the master bedroom, where Gabriel Scott’s Luna Kaleido Small Pendants hang as bedside lighting. These hanging pendant lights are available as large pendant and mini pendant variations, in a variety of styles and customizable options. They feature Aras glass beads in Smoked Bronze with a Bubbled finish, as well as an Orion glass bead in a Clear, Twisted finish. This is all set in satin bronze hardware, which adds a layer of elegance and delicacy.
As you enter the space, you immediately feel a sense of luxury and sophistication. The sleek design and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that is both stylish and comfortable. The Luna Kaleido lighting collection draws inspiration from the kaleidoscope, derived from the Greek words "kalos" (beautiful), "eidos" (form), and "skopeo" (to look at). Mirroring a kaleidoscope's effect, the glass components are crafted to present endless variations in color, shape, and light refraction. When assembled, these lights form a captivating glass mosaic featuring diverse tones and patterns.
Each shade and texture uniquely alters light, creating enchanting visual effects. The collection blends soft, iridescent hues like pinks and blues with clear glass, achieving an elegant color palette. Available surface textures include Smoothed, Gridded, Twisted, Bubbled, Ribbed, and Dotted.
This customizable modular collection features two stackable glass lighting types: a horizontal chandelier and a vertical pendant. The hand-blown glass segments can be arranged in any sequence, allowing you to design a unique, luminous piece of décor that resembles a piece of jewelry for your space.
The Luna Kaleido pendant light is available in small and large sizing, and glass bead shapes, textures and colors can be mixed and matched to however you desire.
